Changes to Sales

  • Mandatory Masks Effective Dec. 8 - applies to all employees, customers, visitors, delivery personnel and contractors. Includes any location where employees are present in-person.
  • Our showroom is open from 9:00AM-7:00PM Mon-Thur & 9:00AM-6:00PM Fri-Sat.
  • We’ve introduced periodic and consistent wiping down of all door handle, keys, and high touch surfaces within the dealership; in order to provide a safe environment for customers and staff 
  • Staff and customers alike have been and will continue to be encouraged to maintain a proper hand washing regimen through the use of soap and hot water (or hand sanitizer if soap and water is not available) 
  • We would also like to emphasize that any skin to skin contact is highly discouraged (handshakes, hugs, fist bumps, etc.) 

Changes to Service, Parts, and Body Shop

  • Reduced Service hours: Mon - Fri: 7:00AM - 6:00PM, Sat - Sun: Closed
  • We are offering pick-up and delivery for our service customers in Alberta. All pick-up and delivery in Edmonton is free of charge
  • We are continuing parts delivery in the Edmonton and surrounding areas alongside enhanced sanitation and disenfection procedures
  • We are offering free offsite estimates on all body work
  • We are offering remote imaging for insurance work  
  • We will also provide alternative payment options that do not require you to visit our store
  • Every vehicle will be completely and thoroughly disenfected before being returned
  • Special care will be taken to wipe down and disenfect all high touch areas of your vehicle before, during, and after work is completed (door handles, keys, gear shifts, manual adjustment mechanisms, etc.)
  • All support staff and techs will use gloves, seat covers, and steering wheel covers while working in and/or around your vehicle
  • All door handles, desks, payment devices, and high touch areas within the breezeway and Parts Department will be consistently and periodically disenfected
