Upon booking confirmation, please request Pick-up and Delivery. You can book your service online or call Lincoln Concierge. On your appointment date, Koch will pick up your vehicle from your home or any business within the Edmonton area. After your Lincoln vehicle maintenance is complete, Koch will return your vehicle to you, typically delivered back within 24hrs.
The Lincoln Way App is a 24/7 customer service that begins with your Lincoln vehicle purchase. The Lincoln Way App provides Lincoln owners with features such as an interactive map that assists in finding local parking. You can also start your car from the comfort of your phone. As well as the ability to schedule engine starts in the morning or end of the day.
