Lincoln Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles
Lincoln Certified Pre-Owned is Lincoln’s official CPO program, and the standards are deliberately narrow.
Each eligible Lincoln must pass a manufacturer 172-point inspection performed by a trained Lincoln technician, clear a Vehicle History Report, and meet strict requirements for age, mileage, and condition. Any vehicle with frame, fire, or flood damage is excluded. Vehicles with open recalls aren’t eligible either. Anything that doesn’t meet Lincoln’s standards is repaired or replaced with new Lincoln or authorized remanufactured parts before the vehicle is offered for sale.
There are two levels, Signature and Select, and the level depends on the vehicle’s mileage.

Both levels include the same 172-point inspection, the same Vehicle History Report, and the same Lincoln Protect coverage of more than 1,000 components. What changes is the kilometre threshold and how long the service plan runs.

Signature Certification covers Lincolns with less than 130,000 km and includes a 24-month / 40,000 km extended service plan plus 20,000 Lincoln Access Rewards Points. Select Certification extends eligibility to 160,000 km and includes a 6-month / 10,000 km extended service plan plus 10,000 Access Rewards Points.
More than 1,000 components on both Signature and Select Certification. Coverage starts at the expiration of the basic coverage of the New Vehicle Limited Warranty or the date of CPO sale, whichever provides the greatest coverage. A $100 deductible applies per visit, and the plan transfers to a future owner at no cost.
Yes. We appraise any make and model, and the trade value can go directly toward your Lincoln CPO purchase. You can start the trade-in process online or bring the vehicle in for an in-person appraisal.
Yes you get Ownership Privileges. CPO clients receive complimentary Lincoln Pickup & Delivery during service events with no age or mileage restrictions, complimentary car wash at any service appointment for the lifetime of the vehicle, and a complimentary loaner or alternative transportation during covered service events for vehicles within four years of the new-vehicle warranty start date or 80,000 km, whichever comes first, or under the eligible CPO Extended Service Plan.
Your delivery package includes a signed copy of the inspection sheet, the Lincoln CPO Delivery Checklist, the Extended Service Plan Statement, the Vehicle History Report, your owner's manual, a scheduled maintenance brochure, and a full tank of fuel.
Eligibility is only the starting point. A vehicle can meet the model-year and kilometre requirements and still not pass the 172-point inspection or the Vehicle History Report. Only the vehicles that clear both become Lincoln CPO. The rest are sold as regular used vehicles.
