When I arrived Paula was so nice and helpful! The recall was done right away. The next day I had the luck of issues happening to me. I called back at night and the service receptionist didn't really know what to do but said we will book you in for NEXT week, which is super long when it's an important issue. In the morning I decided to call back Paula and tell her the issue, half way through describing the problem she new exactly what it was and told me to bring it back in the same day!
