I was… MoreVery Rude and abusing staff. They try to put pressure and insult you to get you to make deal. I went to look at 2017 Black Ford F-150 lariat which was only 37K driven. It was in great condition. I was setup with REP: Monica Townsend. She was very rude. During negotiation I suggested that truck is priced higher and if there is room for dropping the price. She told me in very rude tone that I "can go home" and they are not dropping the price. It was very rude remark and derogatory tone. I left immediately. I went to Team ford and bought Brand new F-150 same day as I was genuinely looking to buy that day. I dont recommend this shop as pressure tactics are used. Less

One evening I was look on-line at cars for my son (a new driver) and I texted in some questions in and to my surprise I had one of the salespersons contact me immediately! Monica Townsend answered all of my questions and arranged for me to take a test drive. The car was great and we quickly arranged a fair price and the deal was done. Delivery was very smooth, the dealer even picked us up, very convenient. After sales service has also been great as well. I would highly recommend Koch Lincoln for your next car, give Monica Townsend a call!! Less
