Not being familiar with diesel I contacted Ford dealership in the south Edmonton area and I was told that nobody would touch it not only in Edmonton but in Canada. You can imagine my gut hitting the floor. Well after a little digging I found Koch Lincoln in Edmonton not only could do any chasis repairs but also had very friendly staff. Thankyou to Angelia for all your help Less
Service was conducted as scheduled and staff were friendly. An estimate was provided for additional work before they completed it. My vehicle was returned to me at the agreed time

Was informed that a back shock was leaking and needed to be replaced. A quote was given and was informed that the work was not covered by warranty. Did not get work done. I had the vehicle serviced just before the end of the warranty (2 months later) and was surprised that the service sheet did not list the leaking shock. Spoke to the service manager who was baffled as to what had happened. He checked the shock and said there was no problem (no leak). He informed me that the mechanic who did inspection no longer worked there. The shock replacement was in fact covered by the warranty. Had no explanation as to why I was told it was not covered. Suggested that he needs to talk to the service staff. He had no explanation as to why this happened and apologized and said he would look into it. While I appreciated the response from the service manager, I find the conflicting information provided to me previous to his involvement very concerning. Less
