Professional, honest and courteous with no high pressure sales. Pierre was very accommodating and informative and today I drove my first ever Lincoln home. Pierre took so much time explaining the technology and helping set up apps etc that I instantly felt comfortable and relaxed with my new Nautilus. When I arrived to get my vehicle, and things weren't quite ready due to natural errors with my car keys being unavailable, they offered me a ride or the convenience of a Lincoln loaner - and they treated me to the Lincoln customer lounge while I waited. I took the loaner home that evening, expecting to come back the following morning to receive my vehicle. They further extended their customer hospitality by providing me with a new key fob, due to their own internal error, and drove my vehicle to me (30 min drive outside of the city) to the residence I was staying at. During this entire experience, each person I interfaced with was so accomodating and pleasant to deal with. I wish there were more businesses who take customer service as seriously as they do. I will definitely be a repeat customer and make recommendations to friends and family. Less
