My sales representative was very little help throughout the whole process. I was told I would get a walk around video before i drove up 7 hours to pick up the truck. I never received my walk around video. Every time I tried to contact there was minimal effort in any answers she gave to answer my questions. One time I was told that she was busy and would call me back. I never received a call back. I understand it was a used truck that wasn’t the brand they usually sell but it was obvious there was minimal effort to gain any knowledge about the vehicle she was selling me. When it came time to get to the financial part of things I had Pat helping me and I couldn’t have asked for a better helping hand through the process. Pat was very helpful and knowledgeable and amazing to work with. Once I got the truck off the lot and started driving home I got a Check engine light. I contacted my Sales Rep as soon as it came on and explained my situation and she let me know she would have an answer for me after she got to work at 9am which was understandable. The next morning I waited for almost an hour with no call back or indication that I was receiving any help. While I was waiting I got an OBD 2 scanner and scanned the truck myself and got a code for a NOX sensor on the emissions system. I called a local dealer and was quoted $2200 for the part alone. Keep in mind this all happened within 24 hours of me purchasing the truck and 4 hours of actual run time on the truck after I bought it. I called Koch Ford and explained the situation but they said the best they could do was POSSIBLY reimburse me for up to $400 after I covered the expenses. The whole experience was VERY unpleasant except for the times I was being helped by Pat in finance. I would strongly recommend to not buy used from Koch Ford based on my used vehicle experience. Less

The model we were primarily interested in was a Nautilus and Pierre educated us thoroughly on the model and it’s features. After taking the 2020 model for a test drive we stated we would like to reserve our judgement after taking the 2021 model for a drive which would be available in a month. Pierre gave us a non pressured experience without the “How can I get you into this car” sales pitch. We left knowing we would come back to purchase a vehicle from Pierre and Koch Lincoln, which we did, after having the best car buying experience we have ever had. Friendly, down-to-earth staff & relaxed process! Would recommend & return to Koch. Less
