I didn't feel very comfortable after this maintenance. I was supposed to repair and replace the spark plug and clean the oil circuit system, but during the maintenance process, the ABS broke down… MoreI didn't feel very comfortable after this maintenance. I was supposed to repair and replace the spark plug and clean the oil circuit system, but during the maintenance process, the ABS broke down and cost was incurred.After the ABS failure for the second time, the brake pedal was too loose, which made the customer have serious safety risks in the driving process.It is recommended to self-check whether other problems occur after the maintenance is completed Less

The customer service was great as always. Koch Ford went over and above to ensure we were taken care of. The quality of work was excellent and the finished product looked like the vehicle just came off the assembly line. The detailed floor mats upon pickup was a nice touch.
